Interstan Securities Mandated to Select Mineral Prospects in Kyrgyzstan by a Swiss-based Group

Interstan Securities has been mandated by Alpenfort Strategic Resources, a specialized investment vehicle of the Swiss-headquartered Alpenfort Capital group, to select a mineral prospect portfolio in Kyrgyzstan for potential acquisition and development.

This mandate draws upon the extensive, almost three decades-long experience of Interstan in arranging fundraising and M&A deals in the minerals sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Our client expects to invest into a number of early-stage prospects having potential for discovery of regionally important deposits in a number of mineral categories primarily focusing on the minerals supporting the electronics and innovative technologies sector but excludes precious metals.
